NFL Week 4 recap

Standard

Hi readers, this is the man Tom again. Well a quarter of the season is done for the NFL and things are starting to get saucy. Saucy good. Had a better week than last week too. Well here’s the recap:

Cleveland 16, Baltimore 23: Had Baltimore winning. The Ravens won a close game on Thursday night. Pretty tight one too. Cleveland came out to battle. Browns still winless.

Carolina 28, Atlanta 30: Had Atlanta winning. Pretty close game than a lot of people thought. The Panthers are still inconsistent but they could’ve had given the Falcons their first loss, not an easy thing to do. Matt Ryan still looks great.

New England 52, Buffalo 28: Had New England winning. The Patriots absolutely thrashed on the Bills. Bills haven’t proven to be a great team so far this season. Tom Brady is still amazing.

Minnesota 20, Detroit 13: Probably the biggest two surprises happen in this game. The Vikings good start, and the Lions bad start. The Lions offense is severely unbalanced and their defense is exposed badly. Not good for Lions fans. How about Minnesota?

Tennessee 14, Houston 38: Had the Texans winning. Houston is pretty much the real deal this season. It could be great to see these guys face off against the Packers in 2 weeks.

San Diego 37, Kansas City 20: Had San Diego winning. The Chiefs continue to disappoint. Chargers are quietly becoming a great team under the quiet eye of the AFC West.

San Francisco 34, New York Jets 0: Had San Francisco winning. After getting shocked to the Vikings last week the Niners came out in force and soundly defeated the awful Jets. The Jets offense lost Santonio Holmes which is not good for an offense which is lacking in great weapons.

Seattle 13, St. Louis 19: Had Seahawks winning. Well somehow or another I picked the Seahawks even after they got lucky last week. The Rams proved me wrong in picking Seattle.

Miami 21, Arizona 24: Had the Cardinals winning. Well it was both a close and ugly game. Tannehill and Kolb combined for 4 INT’s. Cardinals got lucky win.

Oakland 6, Denver 37: Forgot to pick this game therefore I can’t give myself a win or loss, more of a “tie” in ways. How about Peyton Manning?

Cincinnati 27, Jacksonville 10: Had the Bengals winning. The Bengal train keeps rolling. Dalton looked good in the game. Jaguars aren’t that good.

New Orleans 27, Green Bay 28: Had Green Bay winning. Well it was a close game than I needed it to be. Aaron Rodgers saved our season. Even in week 4.

Washington 24, Tampa Bay 22: Had Buccaneers winning. Well not so much for the upset special I had planned for this game early last week. RGIII is the man.

New York Giants 17, Philadelphia 19; Had the Giants winning. Well the Eagles continue their season at 3-1 and beat a good Giants team. Impressive win.

Chicago 34, Dallas 18: had Chicago winning. Well the Bears proved me right and that they would beat the Cowboys soundly. Tony Romo looked like awful. Tony Romo looked like Jay Cutler, and Jay Cutler looked like Tony Romo (on a good day).

Week 1: 11-5
Week 2: 7-9
Week 3: 7-9
Week 4: 11-3-1

Overall: 36-26-1
